For the Ladies

~ 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐒 ~ (or those who love ladies)
As a Teenager, I remember having terrible menstrual cramps. In my memory, they were pretty bad, but as far as I know, my Mom never sought out the advice of a doctor. It’s likely birth control would have been suggested; I knew other friends who were on birth control for the same reason.
No way my Mom would have gone for that anyway. She knew synthetic hormones weren’t an ideal long term solution.
Luckily, the cramps & other side effects faded away as I aged. Recently, I’ve discovered I appear to be the exception, rather than the rule. I’ve also recently learned how absolutely TERRIBLE traditional tampons & pads can be for our system, & how tampons specifically make our issues worse. (I can share what happened when I stopped using tampons!) ![]()
As I continue to educate on natural options for supporting healthy body systems, I’m alarmed at the number of women who struggle with painful monthly cycles. Extremely heavy flow, excruciating cramps, fibroids, & more.
Women are given plenty of options: the pill (nope), Depo (yuck), IUD (yuck). Why is it no one tells them there are OTHER options that don’t have scary side effects?
You shouldn’t have to take a break from Life each month. We were designed to have periods for a reason, and a purpose, we don’t need to eliminate them, but they don’t need to debilitate us either.
One night, climbing into bed after applying oil to my adrenals, Steve asked, “What IS that?” (smells like spearmint gum) I said, “I’m keeping my hormones from going crazy later on.” Without another look, he turned over & said, “Sounds good.” ![]()
My friend’s husband will even ask her on certain days
, “Hon, did you forget your Progessence Plus?” ![]()

Recently, I did a scan on Audrey, and our “DragonTime” oil came up (designed for that Dragon Time of the month ![]()
). Interesting.
As she nears this step of puberty, I am SO grateful I know what I know now. She will NEVER have to suffer the way others have.
There’s a better way. You can choose better solutions. For you & for your daughters. It’s never too late. ![]()
